At HighTechNews, we provide digital products and downloadable resources such as eBooks, PDF guides, business roadmaps, templates, prompt packs, research materials, and other educational digital content. This Delivery & Access Policy explains how digital products are delivered, how access is provided, and what customers should do if they face any issue while receiving or accessing their purchase.

By purchasing a digital product from HighTechNews, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Nature of Delivery

All products available on HighTechNews are digital products. No physical shipping is involved unless specifically stated on a product page.

Products may be delivered in one or more of the following ways:

  • Direct download link after successful payment
  • Download link sent to the customer’s email
  • Access through a private product page or account area
  • Google Drive / cloud access link, where applicable
  • Canva template access link, where applicable

The delivery method may vary depending on the type of product.

2. Delivery Time

In most cases, digital products are delivered instantly or within a short time after successful payment.

Typical delivery time may include:

  • Immediate access/download after successful payment
  • Email delivery within a few minutes
  • In rare technical cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours

3. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information during checkout, including:

  • correct email address
  • correct payment details
  • correct name or order information if required

HighTechNews will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect email address, incomplete information, spam filter blocking, or customer-side device/internet issues.

4. Access to Downloadable Products

Once payment is successfully completed, the customer may receive access to the purchased product in one or more of the following forms:

  • a direct file download link
  • a confirmation email with download instructions
  • a secure access link to the purchased digital content
  • access to a Canva template, Notion file, document, or cloud-based resource
  • a ZIP, PDF, DOCX, image, spreadsheet, or other digital file format depending on the product

Customers are advised to download and save their purchased files as soon as possible after delivery.

5. Download Limit / Access Period

Some products may be made available with a limited download period, limited number of downloads, or limited access duration if specifically mentioned on the product page.

If no specific limit is mentioned, access will generally be provided according to the product format and delivery system available at the time of purchase.

HighTechNews reserves the right to update, change, secure, or discontinue delivery systems, provided that reasonable access to already purchased products is maintained where applicable.

6. Failed Delivery or Access Issues

If you do not receive your digital product, cannot access the file, or the download link does not work, please contact us at ask@hightechnews.in with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Product Name
  • Order ID / Transaction ID
  • Date of Purchase
  • Screenshot or description of the issue

We will make reasonable efforts to verify the purchase and restore access, resend the file, or provide an alternative delivery method.

7. File Compatibility and Software Requirements

Some digital products may require specific software, apps, or platforms to open or use properly. For example:

  • PDF reader for PDF files
  • Canva account for Canva templates
  • ZIP extractor for ZIP files
  • spreadsheet or document software for editable resources
  • internet access for cloud-based resources or online tools

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the required software, device compatibility, and internet access to use the purchased product unless otherwise stated on the product page.

8. Personal Use and Access Restrictions

Unless otherwise stated, all digital products sold on HighTechNews are intended for the purchaser’s personal use, internal business use, or educational use only, subject to the product license or terms mentioned on the product page.

Customers may not, without written permission from HighTechNews:

  • resell the product
  • redistribute the file
  • share paid download links publicly
  • upload the product to third-party platforms
  • claim the content as their own
  • copy, republish, or commercially exploit the material beyond the permitted use

Unauthorized sharing or misuse may result in suspension of access and refusal of future service.

9. Product Updates and Revisions

Some digital products may be updated, revised, improved, or replaced over time. Unless specifically promised on the product page, HighTechNews is not obligated to provide lifetime updates, future versions, or revised editions of any digital product.

Where applicable, update availability will depend on the product type, offer terms, and internal delivery system.

10. Refunds and Delivery Issues

Delivery issues and refund eligibility are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If a digital product is not delivered due to a verified technical problem on our side and we are unable to provide the purchased product within a reasonable time, the matter may be reviewed under the refund policy.
